Hello :-)

I just joined because I want to loose weight and if I'm going to do this I need some accountability. I'm currently 58kg, put on 8kgs over the past 2 years from emotional eating and travel. I know this is not overweight by any means but I'm feeling self conscious, the weight feels noticeable and my clothes don't fit. I'm not too fussed with loosing a particular amount, whatever it takes to fit back into my jeans. I think that'll happen at around 53kg. I'm tracking my calories and macros. Aiming for a 40/40/20 split of carbs, protein, fat and aiming for 5ish gym sessions a week at working on my programme and group classes. So there it is, hi everyone! :-)
