ive been using mfp for a year now but ive only used the forums for about a month and have spoken to some pretty motivational people who have accomplished a lot aswell as some new people on here who have started off really well :) anyways my names Darren and im 5'7 88 kgs (roughly) and my starting weight was 118 kgs and i was hoping to get some Australian mfp friends since i dont have many aussies on here and id like to see how other Australians are with dieting and for motivation and to help motivate them :) feel free to add me even if you arent from Australia aswell

    Aussie here :) Been doing this a while now. 5'3" started at 86ks, down to around 65kgs now so still a ways to go... feel free to add :)

    Biggest hurdle for me losing weight in australia is all the amazing low cal stuff in the USA! Such as 0 cal cooking spray... jealous!

    only thing with the american products is they actually say zero calorie cooking spray with macro nutrients all at zero but thats by what ever serving size they say on there and alot of them will say a serving size so small its barely a drop, i was watching a youtube video of it on obesity and reasons why :S theres actually these noodles you can get called konjac noodles or better known as miracle noodles made from the konjac plant and they are almost calorie free since they are pretty much nothing but fibre and water and ive been using them and they are actually pretty good :D they can also be found in some supermarkets in the health food section as a product called slim pasta. heres a link that helps you track the shops that have them http://www.slendierslim.com.au/ and heres another that has them to order in bulk online but they can be expensive though http://www.miraclenoodle.com/default.aspx?utm_expid=1948735-4&utm_referrer=http://www.miraclenoodle.com/setlocale.aspx?localesetting=en-AU#back
