Hi my name is Tracey and I am already doing Weight Watchers and my aunt told me about this sight so I decided to track here also, I was curious since we go by points in WW how they compared to my calories and other information. I have lost 14 pounds so far and weigh in again on Friday, I am looking forward to meeting people and sharing information with other people. Good luck.

  • Hey Tracy! Glad to hear weight watchers is working for you! I am not really doing any particular plan, other than my own. Eating about 900 calories a day, and working out at least 4x a week...sometimes more. Recently It's been less. I tried p90x, but wow...I hurt my knee, and had to take it light for a few days until my knee no longer hurt. I will not try to push myself that hard anymore! It is out of my limits!
    I too lost 14lbs so far!! good for you keep it up!!!!

    Hi Tracey, welcome to MFP. As with Weight Watcher's, I am sure that you will find this
    a very beneficial site. I have never done Weight Watcher's but my mom has had success in
    the past with it. I like MFP because it keeps you so accountable for what you eat and how much
    you exercise. I never really realized how many calories I actually ate until I started to see them add
    up right in front of me. I am glad that you are giving this site a try, good luck to you!! :smile: :smile:
