Goals for 2013...

I'm still re-writing some of my goals for the year but the sooner I put some of these down, the sooner I can start working towards them and making myself accountable. And if I put it on the internet, it has to happen. :bigsmile:

1. Run a 5k in under 30 minutes.
2. Finish Mud Run in under 45 minutes.
3. Get back to logging my food EVERY DAY! Consistency is key.
4. Exercise AT LEAST 4 days per week. Run, walk, or ellipticize at least 7 miles per week.
5. Try CrossFit, and try a class at my gym. - Already started CF, class will happen
6. Eat cleaner. Read and learn more about the calories I'm eating.
7. Share my story in the Success story thread that is so awesome that it will be maxed out with 500 comments and locked. :wink:

Bonus: Weight loss goal of 50 pounds. If I do all of the above, this will happen.
