P 90X question

Just a quick question for all you P90X pros :)

I got the DVDS burned from a friend but really don’t know "how” to use them. Is there a certain order that I should do them, or just do one a day and then keep rotating them in. I tried going to the beach body site but seem to be getting different answers so I just figured I would ask all of you. Also I have herd a lot about the diet that is recommended, is it just sticking to good portions and keeping under a certain calorie mark??

    I would also suggest going to the P90X web page and printing off the worksheets. that will also let you know which DVD to use. ONe day you will do chest and shoulders, the next something different. The worksheets help you track your improvement. They work great and Tony really pushes them LOL Seriously though they work great and help keep you pushing your self each week.
