Ingredients
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup splenda
1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 cup banana, mashed
1/4 cup applesauce
you can buy mini loaf pans from a variety of stores, Michael's, Joanne's, Target, most grocery stores have them. or use a muffin tin or an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. make great holiday gifts or something low cal to keep nearby during christmas morning breakfast
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add egg whites, bananas and applesauce; stir just until combined. Pour batter into 10 mini loaf pans or prepared pans
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Turn out onto wire rack and allow to cool before slicing.

your looking at nearly 4 cups of batter here just from ingredients alone, for 10 servings, plus take into account the leavening... i would say they are a decent size.
they have fiber and protein so you could even eat 2 and some yogurt have a great 300 cal breakfast0 -
