I know that doesn't seem like much but when I measured myself this morning it made me feel like crap. I'm only about five days back into this so I know I seem whiny and dramatic, but now I feel really discouraged. Help? Does anyone else feel this way over a seemingly minor setback?

I have been doing this intense workout for 12 days now, i changed my entire diet, I dont eat any junk or processed foods, im making such an effort... and yet i have not lost a single pound.. and i feel horrible, so I kinda relate.. its frustrating. and im very discouraged.

But you know what? you are back now, you just took a step, just make that be your motivation. It is a minor setback and everyone has one now and then, just take that to keep pushing through and reach your goal!

How frustrating is that?! I know how you feel, I just can't seem to make any progress no matter what I do..
Well hopefully it'll start paying off for the both of us soon. Then we can be super hot and awesome.

Hahaha! Weightloss takes time, its sad.. but I still do my workouts every day.. and eat my lean turkey and chicken with veggies..
Im telling you sometimes I just want to eat a piece of pie or just stop working out.. but honestly.. there HAS to be a turning point where my body starts to respond.. its a matter of time..

Keep at it girl!!!! You can do it, if you need anything.. im here
