I was just wondering if you think that (1 hour 3 minutes and 31 seconds) is an okay time for 8 miles?

    any time is ok to me! It means you did 8 miles.

    If you think you can do better then do it but unless you drove that seems pretty good lol

    You went out. You did it.
    Elite runners do 6 miles in about 20 some minutes. do the math and .......
    You had a superb time.
    Take your time training up if that's your objective.
