24 Hour Challenge - January

I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of January. So here goes:

Jan 1 (Tues) - 30min cycling, 60min yoga (22hrs 30min left)

    Jan 1 - 15 minute circuit with medium weight.

    i have been on a two month break and seven months since i have worked out and logged my food consistently as i was selling my house then moving with two little kids so i need to seriously get back at it. lets go

    Welcome everyone, it's a new month and I plan to complete it this month.

    * I completely fell off the 24 hour exercise wagon, it's been raining , and extremely cold here so I didn't get much in,

    22:00 / Jan 12 - 4 hours packing and carrying boxes up and down stairs ( Mom's moving )
    18:00 / Jan 19 - 3 hours - packing and moving boxes
    15:00 / Jan 20 - 4 hours - packing boxes, moving them up and down stairs, moving furniture
