Starting tomorrow.

So I have finally eaten all the xmas food, tidied my cupboards out and bought some healthier food, had a bit of a binge today but just added it all up and it actually only came to around 2000 cal, and I'm allowed 1450 aparently.

Been trying to lose weight all my adult life, but I am now the heaviest I have ever been except when pregnant (I put on 5st when pregnant and didn't lose much of it) and I am 238lbs.

I'm 32 and have a 4 1/2 year old son, live in UK, I hate exersise and I love Coca-cola.

I'm pretty scared actually, I've started diets before and not even lasted the day, and had days where I've actually forgotton I'm on a diet and ate loads of bad stuff.

I need to lose all the weight this year as I want another baby and I want to look good too.

    You can do this.. thats all you need to remember. There is nothing you cant do when you set your mind to it, just one bit at a time :-)
