Fresh veggies on the Foreman Grill

I read somewhere to cut a head of Romaine lettuce and grill it with balsamic vinegar on the grill. I threw on some zucchini sliced lengthwise with the skin still on just for fun. IT WAS DELICIOUS, AND I AM SO FULL!

In college my roommate used to broil quartered tomatoes, and I loved them. They are going on the grill next time I have some.

I thought it would be fun to start a thread and brainstorm a list if other whole fresh veggies (and fruits maybe?) that we can throw on our grills. Pitch in!
