Calories Burned

I workout with a trainer 3-4 times a week. How do I know how many calories we burned during training. I can't find anything that would be what we do during workouts. I tried muscular endurance but nothing

    This. My trainer used to have me do a heck of a lot of plyometrics and calestheics among other things so I would enter his workouts as circuit training general. But now I'd only use my HRM (if you can afford one definitely get one!!)

    We do several different things. Some days we work core others upper body other days we may work mainly legs. I just couldn't figure out how many calories Ive been burning on my training days.

    Google heart rate monitors. There is tons of info. All depends on how much you want to spend. I have the Polor FT60 and I love it, but I probably didn't have to spend as much. I'm sure the cheaper ones are just as good.
