New to the site

I just started the logging my food intake and walking log last week. I hope to shed some extra weight. I have two children the youngest just tuned one and I also just had surgery on my leg due to skin cancer. So my exercise is very limited to walking for now but my goal is to increase the amount of time I walk each night.

  • Haven't given up---I increase my minutes on the treadmill each night by 2 minutes (today hit 30 minutes) and I feel like I am stuck in at the same spot. I know if is not a quick fix for weight loss and should be happy about the 6lb weight loss already. Need to keep motivated.

    welcome! great job on the 6lb loss so far. that's awesome. keep up the good work... =] stay positive...your goal is in sight. increase your distance each time if you can. if you don't, try next time. you will get there. small steps will still get you to the finish line. add me if you need a friend.
