I've been in kind of a funk for a few months - 2012 was VERY stressful! But I feel like I'm over the hump and on my way back. I was working out 3x a week, eating healthier, and took the stairs whenever I could and lost 30lbs. Unfortunately I lost my motivation, and while I only gained back about 6 pounds, it's STILL 6 pounds that I worked hard to lose! I'm back in school in a few weeks, and I'm excited because I signed up for a fitness class - so I will HAVE to work out 3x a week for 45 minutes. It's going to be great!
