late night mini binge guilt fixed!

Was doing well all day, that is until my late night cravings. Ate a pb&j and A LOT of grapes, not too bad but it had me about 350 over my limit :/ I felt guilty so I did this!

Usually I would do a video that includes a little more jumping around but my whole family is asleep so that wasn't an option. This video was actually pretty good, didn't think it would get my heart rate high but it did! it was over 85% of my max the whole time... I know this bc I left the sound on on my HRM and the stupid thing beeped the whole time. I burned 320 in 30 mins with my own warm up and cool down!

  • I am sooo bad about the late night binges.. Wish I could say mine are as healthy as yours! Working to change that though. I will check out the vid!
