Ingredients:
1/2 cup light chocolate soymilk
1 Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Snack
3 packets Splenda
5 to 8 ice cubes or 1 cup crushed ice
2 tbps Fat Free Reddi-wip Whipped Topping
(Makes 1 milkshake)

Directions:
Place all ingredients except Reddi-wip in a blender and blend at high speed for 45 to 60 seconds (until smooth).
Pour into a tall glass, top with Reddi-wip and enjoy!

Beware though, it is REALLY chocolaty! You can also add 2 teaspoons of reduced fat peanut butter to make a peanut butter cup milkshake. I didn't try this, but I think it would probably thicken up the milkshake a little more. It definitely beats the more than 800 calories found in a normal fast food milkshake!

I made these tonight and everyone (including 3 kids under 6 loved them!). We added a bit of PB - like 1 TBL w/ 3 cups milk, 2 servings pudding nad it was good. Next time I'll let them set in the freezer first though!

What would happen if you threw that sugar-free pudding in an icecream maker? Has anyone ever tried this? Then you could avoid the ice cubes and the consistancy would be thicker?

Not sure about that but I do freeze my pudding cups and eat them. Helps when I am really wanting ice cream! My kids like them too! I wouldn't know why that wouldn't work though
