What time do you usually go to bed and get up on weekdays?

I usually go to bed anywhere from 10-1 and get up around 6:40, sometimes 7 if I feel lazy :blushing:

I should be sleeping now. I need to be up early to get to my local skatepark and break my elderly *kitten* on some stairs. =P0

But to get back on topic. I try to sleep between 10-12 to get up 6-8.0

When I work evenings I go to bed by 1-3 up by 11 at the latest.

Well...my schedule is mixed. I work 2 on and 2 off. So my schedule is all jacked right now. I wake up at 3 P.M. on work days....and then on off days I will get up at noon or so sometimes. Not good for me I know...but you do what you gotta do with a schedule like that.0

it all depends it is either 10pm-2am(later if its a bar night) and 8:30am-10am possibly later if I only have 1 day off between transitions such not going to bad at all for 30+ hours0

Usually around midnight, give or take an hour or two. I'm up by 7-7:30 most mornings.0

I sleep around midnight to 1am and up by 5:30am coz I live very far from my work and have to travel 2 hours just to get there.0

I am usually in bed by 10 pm if I haven't already fallen asleep on the couch before then :yawn:My alarm is set for 6.15 am and I have to get out of bed to turn it off. I can sleep for hours and hours, need lots of sleep I do0

Im usually in bed between 1930 - 2030 as I have to be up by 0300. Sucks!0

literally falling asleep sitting up around 8, in bed and out between then and 10 pm. my boyfriends alarm goes off at 4:30. He doesnt hear it, but I do, even though I dont have to wake up till about 6.0

It really depends on what I have going the next morning. If I have to wake up early (say, 6 AM because of work), I'll be in bed by 10-11. But if I do not have to wake up early, I'll normally go to sleep around midnight. I work out in the mornings, so even if I have later classes, I wake up around 8.0
