Eating clean tips?

heyyyah! I'm really interested in getting into the 'eating clean' movement, my only issue is doing this right, on a college student budget. I'm not a vegetarian, and I of course have a chocolate addiction - if it makes a difference.

the "Clean & Lean" books by James Duigan are really great for this concept - which is all about cutting the CRAP - caffeine, refined sugar, alcohol and processed foods - i'm sure you can google him up as there are loads of articles about it so you can have a read if its for you.
i loosely follow this idea - and i do find that once you start removing sugar from your diet, when you do have it you really notice the impact it has on your system and actually how its not really that great tasting at all.
I also use a system of when i really really want something, i just take 3 small bites and really savour each bite to have my fix - and then stop there. Sometimes you just need a little taste of it to get over it0
