Hi everyone,

I am sinead and i am new here and new to dieting. Me and my partner have decided to start losing weight together in the new year. The hard thing is knowing what to eat, and plus i have conditions which make exercise hard.

I have found it easy to eat less all ready, but struggling with the exercise and i am using wii fit, which i dont think it is accurate

Has anyone got any tips for me when starting out

    I would either download Nike fitness club or get on YouTube and just search some workout routines. Or search around on site leangains.com and bodyrecomposition.com and starting strength wiki... Those are weightlifting routines... Just depends on your goals
