Well, my goal is set to 1,200 calorie intake If I'm right that MFP's way of losing two lbs. per week but I do exercise a bunch and I'm afraid ill harm my body.
I do a Nike training club workout in the morning and that burns about 300-500 calories on a good day. In the evening I would again do another Nike workout. I would also burn about 500 calories running. At a 11.5 mile pace.

MFP is set up so you eat your exercise calories back. so on the days you exercise, you should NET 12000 -

Well, I think that as long as you eat back at least half the calories you're burning (apart from your usual 1200), and your body feels fine after all that exercise, then you're doing fine.
MFP adds the calories you burn to your usual daily calories (whenever you actually add them to your exercise diary, that is). So according to MFP, I suppose you're meant to eat back those calories...0 -
