    any secrets:

    I did it all with this site except for the first 10 lbs of baby weight. It took me the last 7 1/2 months and unfortunately there is no secret. My bet advise is find what rings true for you. There is all kinds of advise out there. Absorb it and decide what works for you. Low carb is terrible for me for example. I turn into a witch so I just don't try it. I count calories and workout instead. Also don't deprive yourself. Enjoy treats sometimes other wise I find I get to craving something to the point of a binge. If I eat day 1 square of chocolate a day I don't crave it as much. Hope this helps everyone! I have faith that anyone who really wants it can do it! You have all got this!!

    Very inspiring! I am currently a size 20. I too want to lose 70-80 lbs and fit in a 10. I know if you can do it so can I. I just started MFP a week ago and have lost about 3 lbs. I don't ever want to look back :)
