I'm in a need of a detox. In the past I've used medicinal herbs for that and that's been OK. But I've been wondering about the new Beachbody Ultimate Reset. If anyone has tried it, please share your thoughts and results on it. I looked at the ingredients and I like what it offers a lot. But it is EXPENSIVE!!!
Thanks!
Thanks!

You can do a vegan diet for a month. I did that once, and it worked wonders. Another I have tried is comprised of this:
Juice of 10 lemons
Hottest Cayenne Pepper you can find 1T
B grade organic Maple syrup 1T
1 gallon distilled water
per day for 10 days
That worked well as well.
Just cut out processed foods you did not process, refined sugars, white starches, and such for a few months, and that should work as well.0 -
Detoxes aren't needed. Once you stop eating the junk, it's not in your body anymore. And if your own liver and kidney can't "detox" you, then it's time to see a doctor.
Save your money.

But, can you improve my hair, skin, and nails, while costing less then a daily latte?0 -
Better idea is to change how you eat and get all the junk out. Chemical laden sugary food are evil. Read the labels and go natural. Your body will detox itself. Or you can quiz your doctor like I did. lol.
Don't need a personal trainer either.. Just google.. you can learn most of what they will tell you on your own. Being healthy is motivation enough for me.. but they will help in that area is you need it.0 -

Option 1: Master Cleanse
Option 2: eat non processed foods
hmmm. ....which one is better?
Suggestion - stick to eating a balanced diet comprising mainly nutrient dense foods rather than jumping around between 'diets'.0 -

Which one comes with a nice certificate that you can share with friends and say, I did it?0 -
