I'm confused. Your ticker says you want to lose 60 more pounds. Your goal is to weigh 66 pounds? You'll probably have to completely stop eating to achieve that. Not something I'd recommend.
  • I want to loose 14 - 20 lbs. The tracker says i should eat 1200 calories, please advise

well, something isn't set up right in your profile because your ticker says you have 60 lbs to lose, so you might want to check into that.

As far as macros go, I would suggest setting your protein so you are getting about 0.75 - 1 g protein per lb of lean body weight. Set your fat no less than 20% of your calories and put the remaining into carbs.

Personally, I use 40% carbs / 25% fat / 35% protein, but that is just what seems to work well for me. A lot of people use 40/30/30. Some people like to restrict carbs a lot and eat a high fat diet - I guess whatever works, but I'm not a believer in that if you are trying to lose fat - I prefer to eat low fat to lose fat.
  • Thanks and yes I will look at my figures

I'm really confused. You say you are 126lbs and you want to lose 14-20 lbs.

    How tall are you?

Also, I checked your ticker - it says you've lost 24lbs out of the 80lbs you are trying to lose?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!

What is your height, age, weight and workout routine? If you only have a few lbs to lose, the best you can aim for is 1/2 lb per week and eating back at least 50% of your exercise calories if MFP is estimating.
