Just went to a family dinner.
MEXICAN!! nightmare...but so good!
I ordered the following:
1) Taco salad (no cheese, light guac, no sour cream, no shell and pinto beans no refried beans)
2) 8 chips with salsa
3) a couple bites of my friends fried ice cream :devil: hehe
4) 20oz glass of water
good??! or no? BE HONEST!!!!!!

Thanks everyone! But for some reason I feel like i did HORRIBLE..probably because I over ate.... I limited myself to 8 chips by taking one and breaking it to pieces haha. it works!!0

You did it!!! although the chips could be avoided if fried, I think you did very well. Drink a lot of water helps so much!!! keep it up

That sounds fine, but I think the ideal Mexican food dish would be chicken/shrimp fajitas cooked with no butter, ask for corn or whole wheat tortillas or limit yourself to one flour tortilla. Chicken breast and sauteed peppers and onions? YUM!0
