Just started yesterday

Hello I just started my fitness pal yesterday!! I am excited but felt defeated when I stepped on my scale this morning and it said I gained 4 pounds!! I was with in my calorie intake the only thing I can think of is I was 11 over on protien? Any suggestions?

    Definitely, weigh yourself once a week and NOT every day. Your body weight will fluctuate on a daily basis for all sorts of reasons.

    This site really does work (I lost 18 pounds in three months until a major family tragedy saw me fall off the wagon big time......back on the game plan now and hoping for the same results).

    So weight yourself on a set day a week (like a Wednesday, that's far enough from the lack of will power of the weekend...chuckle).
