How do you turn a spagetti squash into spagetti?

    Poke a hole in it, bake it, crack it open and scrape the insides-it is spaghetti-like naturally.

    I never have the time to bake it, so I cut it in half (carefully), scrape out the seeds, add a little water and oil where the seeds were, wrap with saran wrap and microwave for 6-10 minutes per half. When it's squishy on the outside, its done. Scoop out with a fork and enjoy.

    I have found it cooks a little faster if you cut it in half and place each half cut side down on a baking sheet!

    I have found it cooks a little faster if you cut it in half and place each half cut side down on a baking sheet!

    this! I bake it for 45 minutes @ 350 F

    Umm...oil flavored with truffles. Not the chocolate kind. The kind a pig finds in the ground.
