how can i add 30 DAY SHRED and RIPPED IN 30 in my workout?

Hey girls and boys,im a newbie here,and i am going to do 30ds and ripped in 30 together for excercise,the problem is that Jillian mixes strength and cardio and i don't know how to add it to my account so that i know how many calories i have burnt
any ideas?

I just add it to the cardio area. It lets me put in the time and calories burned from my HRM.0

I use "calinstetics--vigorous", and it seems to be about right. I'm only on day 3 but so far am really liking the 30 day shred!0

This, under the cardio area. The strength section is mostly to keep track of reps and sets if you're lifting weights. I logged these DVDs as circuit training before I got my heart rate monitor and it was fairly accurate.0
