Hi All, Hope you can help me out with this.
I'm wanting to buy a body fat monitor, but have heard that many of them out there are just not accurate - can anyone recommend a brand that is worth buying please as I have virtually no knowledge in this area?

I'm looking also. I'm considering ironman the body composition scales, but there are a few to choose from. Interested in seeing if anyone has experience with these or has had success with others
