Hi I'm from Florida originally but I live in P.A. now. I'm 56 years old and determined to get the extra weight off. Anyone that would like to talk to me I would love to hear from u and your tips for losing weight. I have juast started fitness pal 4 days ago but I really love it. This isn't going to b easy for me but I know I can do it. How about you??

    Hi, I'm from florida originally but live in P.A. now. I'm 56 years old and going thru menopause,so it's a double whammy on me. I would love to talk to people with some of the same problems as me. I'm a happy person and I want my body to match my personality.
