motivation lacking

So I lost a 75lb after my second child. It took about a year and a half. It was a lot of work but I was motivated and it was enjoyable!! I mean it! I loved losing the weight, eating right, and hitting the gym.
Now I am 2 months PP for my third child and needing to lose 30lb but I am having a hard time getting motivated. I am more angry about my weight and the way I look than motivated.
Any suggestions as to how to get motivated? How to change this negative attitude?

I know how you feel. I have felt like that a lot. I just had to get really mad at myself for putting on all this weight. Like when I had to go shopping for new jeans, and saw what I looked like in that full length mirror. Yuck. I am just trying to not burn out. I am not going to weigh in obsessively (which makes me insane!) And just go by how I feel in my clothes. It is so hard.
How have you been sleeping? I am sure with a new baby, you might be sleep deprived. That might have something to do with it.
Good luck. You can do this!!0 -
I think sleep has a lot to do with my bad attitude! I am trying to get more sleep!0

motivation not required.
self discipline, determination, planning, desire, dedication - these are necessary.
motivation is the spoonful of sugar, not the medicine. do yourself a favor and learn this from day one.0 -
anger can be motivating.0

It is hard to sleep with a new baby. I had 2 horrible sleepers. My youngest is 4 and is finally sleeping through the night. (most nights). My oldest was the same way.0
