NSV: My blood pressure is better! :D

Okay, I went to the doctor today for a physical and my blood pressure is now 110/65. When I had my wisdom teeth out in May 2011, my blood pressure was 125/85 (and that was AFTER I started losing weight, I'm sure it was much worse before then). The doctor says I'm much healthier now an tells me to keep up the good work since I dropped about 80 pounds since I last saw him. Of course I wanna look good but knowing I'm nice and healthy is even better. :D

    That's a great NSV! I just had my annual last week, and my blood pressure is normal again! I was on high blood pressure meds 70 lbs ago. It's wonderful to see tangible results from weight loss!

    Thats so fantastic!!!! I now take half of my BPP meds I did before - its a wonderful feeling to get good results from the doctor.
