Anyone around 130lbs and know how many calories the 6 week 6 pack burns?

    I'm 112lbs and level 2 burns approx 150 cals for me (Polar HRM)

    I'm 119lbs and level 1 burns 253 calories (using a Polar FT7 HRM). Not done level 2, so I don't know about that one.
