High Protein, Low Cal ideas?

I am not getting enough protein in my diet and I cant seem to find any meals that have more protein than chicken or turkey. I have protein shakes that are 24g/160kcal, but I want some variety

    How about taking in whole eggs, nuts, natural peanut butter? You can add your own touch with how you prepare them and they have excellent protein content not to mention nuts and natural peanut butter have good amounts of unsaturated fats. You could even add a spoon of PB to your shake to increase its protein content more. Fat free milk is good too.
  • Try fish (e.g. tuna or pollock) or seafood.
