30 & fat

I'm very determined to lose the weight & keep it off. I've become a mfp junkie this past month & love having the support & being able to support others :)

I had my daughter right after I turned 30 & gained 42 lbs with her. I was already over weight so I need to loose 120 to be my ideal weight. I'm not thinking about that number right now though. I'm concentrating on mini goals & I know eventually I will get there!

    I am 30 and struggling to lose the weight too after baby 11 months ago! ;) Just started eatting right again today, this time its going to be a lifestyle for me....so I can teach my son good eating habits!
