Hi all,
I am new to this app and doing this jointly with my daughter. Trying to determine how much a week is recommended when you have 10-15 pounds to loose. Any advice is appreciated! Cheers.

Hi there! I'm new to this too, and have a bit more than you to loose, but regardless, a pound a week is reasonable and achieveable :-) This is a great motivational tool too!0

Thanks for the response and the note. I think I will try to add more to my weight loss goal, this is a great and easy tool. Now just some duck tape on my mouth and good to go! Cheers!0
