So for quite a while now I've needed some new clothes for work this has been brought to a head somewhat by my other half, who is tired of watching me walk around in clothes that really don't fit me anymore, putting all my suits for sale on Ebay and saying you can't wear any of them they're being sold.

So i took myself off to buy a pair of plain black trousers for work and guess what 48" waist. Yes I know it might not sound too great to some but bear in mind when I started in June 2012 I was in 62"-64" waist trousers. I was thrilled, I still have a long way to go before I get to where I want to be but the last time I had a 48" waist I was in high school.

    Awesome! I think the NSV are the rewards as they tend to come as surprises. I, too, had not worn 'work clothes' for the last 3 months of 2012 (dress down stuff OK'd). When I went to put on some khakis last week ALL were too big! Great feeling even after going to the store to buy more pants!

    So proud of you (and so glad I put my foot down about you not wearing stuff that is currently on eBay!) Your new pants look fantastic - I don't think I've even seen a pair of pants fit you so well in the 15 years we've been together. I'm well proud, innit ;) xx
