Hello everyone, I am back from an overly extended time off. December of 2011 I had Rotatorcuff surgery in which my bicep and ligaments were torn as well. The recovery was about 5 months but I wasn't motivated to get back into the gym at the time the doctor said i was ready. I felt that if i would have gone back that early i might push myself a little to hard and re-injured it.
Well, its 2013 and I am back on track starting this past weekend. Today is the first time i have logged in since before Thanksgivng 2011. My goal is to lose 15-20lbs. in the next two months and prepare my body for a rigorous training event sometime in March or April of his year.

Go go go and hang in there!
We will burn that fat together!
How did you tear your rotator cuff?
Ouch! It is a very tough one to heal and rehab. The process is very painful. I used to work in a physical therapy clinic and we treated many cases of torn rotator cuffs.
