Tired of falling of the wagon.

Hey everyone. I started (once again) Turbo Fire yesterday. I have started it (and several other plans) in the past only to get lazy and quit the m. This time I am determined to stick with it. I will be 34 in February and something has to change. I am starting with the Fire Starter dvd so hopefully that will help. I have learned that too much too soon is a recipe for disaster.

I am 5' 5" and 169. (this is the heaviest I have ever been.) last week I put on a pair of slacks that I have owned for a year. I couldn't button them up. That is not good. Lol. I tend to gain in my hips, thighs and bottom so when the pants wouldn't button I was mortified. That was my wake up call.

Glad to be here. I can't wait for my before and after thread :-D

Best of luck to you! I need to get back with it again now that the holidays are over. I have a 10k that I'm about to start training for so I'm using that as my motivation

I hear you.... I need motivation! I started Slim in 6 today and couldn't even finish the 60 minutes! I just did 1/2 an hour and found the first excuse to quit - "it's getting late", "I have to get to work", "I need to start slow", "I'll do more tomorrow"...
But I do need to get back in shape and feel good with the clothes I have. I will commit to working out Monday through Friday and tracking my food intake. This all helps and I will get there soon - so will you! This is a new year; let's start from square 1 and keep moving forward!!!
