    Yeah, pretty much, this. The lack of humor around here lately makes me sad. Laughter is good for the heart and mind. It's amazing how you can reduce your overall stress if you can look at life and see all the funny!

    I think it's personal. I have done everything up to posting porn gifs in the chit chat topics trying to get a strike and nothing.

    They must have a skitty mod on staff.

    I have suspected that some people go through other people's profiles, just looking for something. I got a strike once for a post that was nearly two weeks old. Whoever that troll was that reported me must have been stalking my profile, just looking for something.

    Yup. Strikes here seem to be 90% dependent on if you have picked up a hater or two (who go through your old posts reporting anything questionable) and 10% actual content of the post. It's easily the most glaring flaw of the MFP forum system.


    90% of my warnings have all come from things I have posted in the forums weeks previous. I think they just like to see if you really remember saying things.

    She probably posted something months ago like, "In. I never miss the drama of a good BBV thread." which got her a third strike...or maybe she told someone to read between the lines and called them dense at the same time in a humorous post (which got her a third strike)...or some other equally egregious violation of the Community Guidelines (all hail).

    Actual examples of strike-worthy behavior.

    I am not friends with Skitty, but I miss her. Kind of like I am not friends with Craig Ferguson, but if he stopped talking about his manhood, I'd feel a little lost.

    Just about a week ago I saw a mod lock threads that were months old... created a zombie thread JUST to lock it.
