Biggest Loser Frozen Gramwiches

This is in the Biggest Loser cookbook.It is very easy and taste like an ice cream sandwich. So yummy!!!!

2 whole low fat graham crackers
1/4 cup light or fat free cool whip ( any flavor)


1. Break each graham cracker in half to get 4 squares. Spread 2 of the squares evenly with the Cool Whip. Top with the remaining squares to make 2 sandwiches.
2. Transfer to a freezer- safe airtight plastic container. Cover tightly and place in the freezer. Freeze for at least 2 hours or up to 1 month. Serve frozen.

Makes 1 serving : 15o cals, 2g protein, 28g carbs, 4g fat(2g sat), 0 cholesterol, less than 1g fiber, and 150mg sodium.
