How do I bypass the amount consumed if they don't have what I ate? For example for dinner I ate 1/2 cup brown rice and they only give you two choices, 1 cup or 8 cups.

you can adjust the portion 1/2 of a 1 cup serving0

I tried that but it still added the calories as a 1 cup serving. Hmm...I will have to try it again and see if I am not doing something right. Thanks!!0

did you figure it out? click on the serving. then adjust the slide reel to the correct serving size0

Put in .5 and it will adjust your serving calories.0

when it comes up it usually displays >>>> 1.0----= 1 cup
what you would do is type in >>>>>>>>>>.50----=1 cup (which is 1/2 cup)
>>>>>>>>>>.25
= 1 cup ( which is 1/4 cup)0
