Turbo Fire and muscle loss

I just started the Fire Starter schedule and I want to do things the right way. Should I be concerned about lean muscle loss at this early in my journey? I am tracking my food and I know i need to take in adequate protein. Should this be enough or should I attempt to get some strength training in as well?

I had to do research and still am not sure about what I read. I will tell you there is a good bit of health concerns from the ephedra. please read this first and really think it out. if there was pill that did work that easy these movie stars would not be on all these diet plans.

Thanks for your response. I was referring to the Fire Starter dvd that is for Turbo Fire. Not the drug. Drugs scare me. Lol!0 -
oh good then you are on the right track. if you eat light protein about 30 mins before you work out you and don't do it on an empty stomach you should not burn into your muscle tissue.
