Turbo Fire and muscle loss

I just started the Fire Starter schedule and I want to do things the right way. Should I be concerned about lean muscle loss at this early in my journey? I am tracking my food and I know i need to take in adequate protein. Should this be enough or should I attempt to get some strength training in as well?
