Hi everyone. I am trying to lose the fat around my midsection. i am not fat, i work out a lot but cannon lose the fat. i was wondering if there are any good and SAFE products that i could add to my diet. I have used cla but havent seen significant results. Thank you

  • No.i work at a health food store in our vitamin department and it just doesn't work.all I would say as far as vitamins is that you should make sure you are getting enough o everything and if not, then and only then should you add anything. For example I don't get enough omegas because I'm a vegitarian and don't eat fish and get very little otherwise. So I take flax oil. I get plenty of others and don't overlap.
