Need help to lose 8 kilos!

Hey everyone! my start weight is 68 kilos. I am wanting to lose 8 kilos. Im finding it hard to start with My fitness pal as i make alot of home made meals and is not sure how many calories are in them, such as salads etc.

What are some low calorie recipes to get me started and keep me going! only 1200 cal a day :)

  • The recipe setting in the food tab is great - just put in all the individual ingredients and tell it how many servings it consists of. Then you'll have the serving nutrition information for your personal recipes.
