Hi there. im satisfied with the myfitnesspal app. ive starved myself before in the past to lose weight, but not anymore. I'm not doing no crazy fad diet either, been there done that. I'm a traditional all American woman, and i refuse to give up my meat, flour, and sugar. i did cut out pork for the most part, and eat beef once in a blue moon. I'm eating everything in moderation now. im measuring portions i cant eyeball, and exercising daily a minimum of 30 minutes. i dont own a scale, but i measure in particular my neck. I'm looking forward to making some acquaintances here.

Sounds like the right way to handle things. Iʻm just taking it one day at a time. I think completely cutting things out is the reason lots of people fall off track. Like you said, its all about moderation. Itʻs ok to have a slice...just try not to eat the whole pie Thats what I keep telling myself anyways. Great to meet you.0
