Hi,
I'm new to dieting and I am struggling with lunch ideas. When i get time, I like to prepare my own lunch at home but with a very busy job and lifestyle, I don't always get chance (like today for example). So, I will have to pop into the supermarket and pick something quick to eat but I obviously don't want anything that can lead me off track for my daily intake. Does anyone have any quick ideas for a tasty but healthy lunch?
Thank you in advance
Kelly.
