hi everyone, i got Jamie Olivers 15 minute meals recipe book for christmas and i really recommend it!
the food is so good and around 500 cals and thats actually quite generous and filling. all really healthy.
i tweak a few of the ingredients as well to what i have in the cupboard and it still works out lovely.
last night i made jerk chicken, tacos, massive salad with sweetcorn, i was STUFFED for 400 cals! infact, i couldnt even finish it all.
