Hi All
I've recently joined MFP and I am already finding it a big help.
I generally walk a lot and do aerobics twice a week, but I just wondered if anyone could recommend some good exercise DVDs for a beginner.
Thanks very much
Priscilla

Any work out DVD you can do at your own pace but it really depends on what sort of thing you like here are a few of my favourites:
- Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
- Clare Nasirs boot camp
- Pilates I use Caroline Sandry
- just bought Kate s cardio combat Kate Lawler
- the Tracey Anderson Method Mat workout
If you want really intense when you are ready then definitely look at the Insanity DvDs (quite expensive though).
Good luck.0 -
If you are in the UK I think Davina's DVDs are my favourites.0

Thank you both. I've just started 30 day shred (level 1, day 6) and am enjoying it.
I am in the UK so will check out Davina's DVDs.0 -
Not sure if you can access them on youtube in UK, but couple of jillian michaels DVDs are uploaded on this site. So before you purchase, you can try some of her workouts and see if you are like them or not. I am not a fan of 30DS shred, but I really do like her boost fat metabolism and no more trouble zone workouts.0

All Jillian Michaels!!! I love yoga and I've found Body by Bethanny and Skinnygirl workouts to be very approachable and fun.0
