22 year old from UK!

Hi guys!
My name is Sarah, or Sare or SareSare (whatever you like really). I am 22 and I live in Sheffield at the moment.

Would love to make some new friends on here - think I need some support!
I would also love to support others too:)

I am not good at dieting or sticking to things, but I have come into this with a new found determination for success!

If anyone has any good tips or tasty low cal meals or just wants a chat, add me!

Also - how do you get the little meter at the bottom of posts which shows how much weight has been lost?

    Tips - add your food to your diary as you go or just before you eat, sometimes when the numbers come up it makes you change your mind! The barcode scanner on the app is good if you have a smartphone.

    Hiya I am totally the same as you, I came on here about 6 months back and lasted a week. This time it feels so much different, I have got my fiancee doing it with me. Which is great cause if i dont feel like excerising i see her doing and l have to do it then lol. So id suggest getting some one else like your partner to help.

    Also I have done a chart for both of us to track our progress at the min i weigh 12 stone 3 and my goal is a stone and tone up and its on the fridge so when temptation gets a hold i go to the fridge, see it and hold back. :)

    Feel free to add and keep updating, the more support you get the better it will become.

    I'm Louise, 23 also in Sheffield! I am also not good at dieting but finding the app really helpful so far - amazed to see how many calories were in my normal diet!
