At the moment work is going slow as always and during this time i just want to boredem eat, and finding it so difficult not to.

I brought some cracker bread into today which is ok but like cardboard.

How do you combat wanting to eat more at work?

I'm self employed and work right out of my house.. So temptation is alwayyysssss there, lol... I've put this on other threads, I eat a lot of apples. I used to eat 2-3 donuts a day but now only 2-3 a month. Anytime I wanted one I'd just eat a apple. Now I eat at least 2-3 apples a day ( smaller ones) sometimes more. It's a lot of fiber and it really helped me......
  • I am at work too, and I sit next to the vending machine and microwave so it smells delicious :( so hard!

But I am being strong. Every time I feel hungry I am drinking a cup of water instead :) it is working so far!
  • I work out of my house too and don't know what you do for work, but these have been helpful for me working from home and when I was in an office: tackle something I either haven't had time to do or have been avoiding (we all have THAT list), online shopping is always a safe bet, schedule my e-card deliveries for birthdays and holidays I would normally otherwise forget, read other people's success stories with weight loss to stay motivated, catch up with a colleague in person or on the phone (preferably not the one with the candy dish  ). Pretty much, any activity that you can get yourself caught up in. During football season, if things were real slow, I would check team and player stats then make my game picks for the week.

I would probablly also bring a more interesting snack to work so that the vending machine and what everybody else was eating wouldn't look so much better
